Johnny Lee Worthy, Jr. 

Author Johnny L. Worthy, Jr.'s guiding philosophy is:

"If you can control your mind, you can control your destiny.

Because if you do not, someone or something else will."

 

Mr. Worthy infuses this philosophy into daily life skills, work ethics, job readiness, and personal development training he provides to Work Professionals through local organizations and within the community. He has contracted with the Urban League of Central Carolinas in Charlotte since 2000 as a Life Skills/Personal Development Coach and a Certified Customer Service Specialist Trainer. Mr. Worthy received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Livingston College. Among  other accomplishments, Mr. Worthy has been married for 33 years and has three sons, Johnny III, Jimmy, and Jeremy.

 

In addition to providing in-house training for the agents of his real estate company, Mr. Worthy is very active in the greater community and even stars in two movies: War Room and Discarded Things.
