God has given you a good land, a land flowing with milk and honey. You have everything and everybody you need, no outsiders are needed but you must work together as a team. You must use what you have and take it to the NEXT LEVEL! It has not appeared what God has in store for you or entered into the hearts of man. Stay the course and stay excited. Don't let the past, your negative self or negative people stop the flow of God. Negative thinking influences what God has in store for us. What people say interferes with what God has already told us. Take Possession of What God has ALREADY Given YOU! We take it upon ourselves or our own initiative to do what we want to do with God's plan. Let us send out people before us. "These are the names of the men which Moses sent to spy out the land. And Moses called Oshea the son of Nun Jehoshua. And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said unto them, Get you up this way southward, and go up into the mountain: And see the land, what it is, and the people that dwelleth therein, whether they be strong or weak, few or many;" Numbers 13:17-19. Too often we do our own thing or get with others and make plans. God allows you to have free choice and He won't interfere with what we decide but we do what we want to do and blame it on God. God told them to possess the land. "And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them." Numbers 13:1-2. He did NOT say to send out spies to check it out first. God honored their request but they did not honor God's word. God knew Canaan was a good land, filled with milk and honey. When God gives you an assignment, we think what can I do to possess it and make it easy for me. I have never been there before or I have not done that before. God says GO! We must keep moving. "Every step I make I'm going to make it in the name of Jesus." Keep moving and keep stepping. Walk by faith and not by sight. Focus on God and not the details. Just like Peter when he walked out on the water until he started focusing on his surroundings and listening to others. Too much analysis brings on paralysis. Plan your work and work your plan. God gives you a plan and then you're still trying to figure out how to get it. If you always do what you have always done, then you will always get what you have always got. Once they saw the land they started saying But..... God said Possess it! If God provides He will make a way. They based their decisions on what they saw and NOT on what God told them. We look at the facts and NOT the TRUTH of the promises of what God has told us. Gather the facts and affirm the TRUTH of God's word over it. I may be sick but I'm healed waking in devine faith. God can take a little and turn it into a lot. Gather the facts but don't live in them. Acknowledge facts but speak the TRUTH. It will change the facts. Walk by faith and not by sight and you can move mountains. Walk by sight and you can't even climb a mountain. If God brought you out the last time, He will bring you out this time. He's a good God and he will provide everything you need. If He doesn't provide it, you don't need it. Don't be afraid, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Something (negative people, old ways/ self, etc.) from the past shows up and knocks on the door (knock, knock, knock) we open the door and let it in (Come on in) and it makes us unhappy, down or depressed. Don't let it/them in!
God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is a healer yesterday, today and forever. He is a deliverer yesterday, today and forever. He is good yesterday, today and forever. If God said it then I believe it and that's enough for me. He's able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or think. Wait on the Lord and be of good courage. Go up and possess what God has already given YOU. He's already made every crooked place straight, every high place low and every rough place smooth. Isaiah 45:2. We approach God with lack, limitation and mediocrity. You can't bless others if you're not blessed. It is better to give than to receive. If you're on the giving end, then you're Blessed!
